Start with the rating engine

InsureOS turns your rating tables, underwriting rules, loadings, discounts, fees, and levies into one traceable calculation. Around it sit the tools to quote, take payment, and send clean data back to your policy system.

Improve the customer journey. Keep your policy system.

01

Your rates, made usable

We map the tables, formulas, loadings, levies, and referral rules that make each product yours.

02

Your website, your customer journey

The quote form sits inside your site, in your brand, with live rating and payments handled directly.

03

Your system of record stays

Bound policy and payment data flows into JAVLN, eGlobal, or the back-office system your team already knows.

InsureOS connects modular infrastructure across our insurance platform, high-conversion online quote journeys, and specialized verticals like marine pleasurecraft insurance. The people who scope the work stay involved through implementation, integration, launch, and support. Meet the team behind InsureOS.

The quote stays on your website

The quote form sits inside the website your customer already trusts. Your brand, domain, and content stay in place while InsureOS handles questions, validation, and sub-second rating.

A rating engine your team can work with

Turn rating tables, factors, and underwriting rules into a transparent premium calculation. Change rates and rules in the admin portal, then inspect exactly how every quote was priced.

  • Build the base premium from tables or formulas
  • Apply loadings, discounts, fees, taxes, and levies in order
  • See every step behind the final premium

Straightforward quotes flow through, while the rest go to an underwriter

Set the cases that need an underwriter: a particular construction type, a sum insured threshold, a claims history, or any combination of answers. The customer can finish the journey normally while the quote pauses for review.

On the roadmap

Next on the roadmap, more ways for policyholders and brokers to work with you without replacing the back-office system behind them.

  • Customer Portal

A place for policyholders to view cover, download documents, manage payments, and start a claim without calling your team.

  • Claims Intake

Customer-facing first notice of loss, status updates, and document upload, connected to the claims process already running in your back office.

  • Broker Portal

Let distribution partners quote and bind against your products, while the rating logic and policy destination stay under your control.

Frequently asked questions

  • What is InsureOS?

InsureOS is insurance rating software and a digital quote-to-bind layer for New Zealand MGAs and underwriting agencies. It turns your rates and rules into a live premium, runs the customer through a branded quote journey, collects payment, and passes the result to the policy system you already use.

  • Who is InsureOS for?

New Zealand specialty MGAs and underwriting agencies that own their products and rates but do not want the customer experience constrained by their back-office software. It suits teams writing marine, vehicle, property, and other specialist products.

  • Does InsureOS replace our policy management system?

No. InsureOS is deliberately not a policy administration system. JAVLN, eGlobal, and similar systems remain the source of truth for policies, accounting, compliance, and back-office work. InsureOS handles rating and the customer-facing journey, then sends the policy data back.

  • What does the platform include?

A configurable rating engine, embeddable quote forms, referral workflows, payments and premium funding, renewals, document generation, an admin portal, and an API and webhook layer for integrations.

  • Which systems does InsureOS connect with?

InsureOS can integrate with policy systems such as JAVLN and eGlobal, payment gateways such as Windcave, premium funders such as RedPlanet, and other services through APIs, webhooks, or provider-specific workflows. The integration is designed around the stack you already run.

  • How does pricing work?

The recurring platform fee is flat and shaped by the capabilities, products, and integrations in the agreed scope. Implementation is scoped separately. There is no percentage of GWP, take-rate on premium, or per-policy charge.
