Integrations for the tools MGAs run
Plug in the tools you already run.
Payment gateways, premium-finance partners, policy ledger systems, accounting feeds. Each integration is a thin adapter; switching providers does not require a re-platform.

Insurance is not a product you can ship in a box. Off-the-shelf SaaS asks you to bend around their software. We don't work that way.
InsureOS is a bespoke service built on shared infrastructure. The platform is the same for every insurer. The setup never is.
We partner with each insurer one by one. We map your rates, build your forms, and wire your integrations, all the way through to production.
Everything we set up is editable from the admin portal. Change rates, tweak forms, adjust rules. No tickets, no waiting.
Independent doesn't mean alone. We're a message away whenever you'd rather have a hand on the wheel.
Between our API and our event system, we can enable any flow you need.
Card and bank-transfer gateways are built in on day one. Premium-finance adapters wire instalments into the bind flow without putting credit risk on the MGA. Adding a regional or specialty provider is an adapter project, not a re-platform.
A policy bound on the platform creates the official policy of record on your insurer's ledger automatically. Mid-term adjustments and cancellations sync the same way. The platform owns the experience; the ledger owns the record.
Every MGA has at least one system that has to be in the loop. Tax engines, broker-management feeds, regulatory reporting. We build the adapter once, you own it forever, and it joins the standard event surface like everything else.
Every adapter is wired through the same event surface. When a quote is paid, a policy is bound, or a document is generated, the event fires asynchronously and your subscribers receive an HMAC-signed webhook. Replayable from a timestamp if a downstream system was down.
See automationWindcave and Stripe for cards, pre-built integrations with leading premium-funding providers, and policy-ledger syncs for JAVLN and eGlobal so your system of record keeps doing what it does best. Adding an additional provider in any category is an adapter project measured in weeks.
Yes. Custom adapters belong to your organisation; standard ones (Windcave, RedPlanet) are shared infrastructure and maintained by us. We document every adapter so your team can extend it later.
Yes. The most common pattern is the platform owning the experience layer (rating, quoting, payment, document) while your insurer's ledger keeps the official policy of record. The two stay in sync via adapters and webhooks.
A regional gateway or premium-finance partner is an adapter project. We build the first one with you on commercial terms that make sense, document it, and you own the wiring afterwards.
Every adapter call is logged with success, latency, and failure detail. Sustained failures alert; queues and retries are visible from the admin portal. You see the integration health, not a black box.
